John Wayne Berchtold of Loveland. Loving father of Ashlie Berchtold, Kelly Berchtold and Bitsy. Dear brother of Harold R. (Margaret) Berchtold, Jr., Patricia (William) Floyd, Aubrey Berchtold, Shawn Berchtold and Bobbi Phillips. Proud uncle, great uncle and great great uncle of many nieces and nephews. Also survived by his grandpuppies Riley and Maverick; special family friends Rhonda McDonough and Edwin Herbert; and brother-in-law Mike Arnold. Preceded in death by his father Harold R. Berchtold, Sr., mother Patricia Ann (nee DuVall) Berchtold, sister Betty Arnold and brother Robin Berchtold. Passed away December 30, 2018 at the age of 49. John loved Harleys and enjoyed go karting and turkey shooting. More than anything, he loved animals, his family and his two girls Ashlie and Kelly. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 6:30 PM at Loveland Christian Church, 12070 N. Lebanon Rd., Loveland.
