NOE John Allen of Batavia, Ohio, formerly of Goshen, Ohio. Beloved husband of Dorothy "Dottie" Jean (nee Carrello) Noe. Loving father of Abby (Bill) Simpson and Jason (Holly) Noe. Proud grandfather of Lucas Noe, Karlee Noe and Finn Simpson. Cherished son of Calvin Noe and Ruth (nee Wesley) Noe. Dear brother of Gary Steve Noe, Cyndi Blake and Debi Becker. Also survived by special loved ones; Delmer Lay, Pam Lay, Cori Lay, Haylee Lay and numerous nieces and nephews. John served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. There will be a military service at the Goshen United Methodist Church directly following the services on Wednesday.
