Joel Nelson Harter of Goshen, OH. Passed away on October 4, 2022 at the age of 87. Born on November 29, 1934 in Blue Ash, OH.
Beloved husband of Elaine Lynnette (nee Sporing) Harter. Loving father of Laura (Denis) Bailey, Daniel (Catherine) Harter, Michael (late Lisa) Harter and Kathy (Ben) Parrish. Proud grandfather of Mina Parrish, Jessica Harter, Rebecca Harter and the late Stephen Harter. Dear brother of Susan Alexander, Denny Harter and the late Barbara, Bud, JoAnn and Tim. Cherished son of the late Elson and Bernice (nee Keck) Harter. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
