Husband of the late Irene A. Wells. Beloved father and father-in-law of Patricia (Rodney) Switzer, Shirley (Tony) Livengood, Irene (Ken) Walker, Barbara (John) Walker and Rita (John) Farnham. Dear brother of Ada Trout. Joe Served in the United States Navy during WWII and was awarded the WWII Victory Ribbon, along with the European African Middle Easterm Area Ribbon with 1 Star.
