Jody Alton Gray of Blanchester, OH. Born on March 16, 1950 in Lee County, KY. Went home to be with the Lord on April 2, 2021 at the age of 71. Beloved husband of 45 years to Joyce Elaine (nee Kellermann) Gray. Loving father of Joshua David Gray and Joseph William (Alexandria Beth) Gray. Proud grandfather of Abram Noah Gray, Chet Alexander Gray and Bowen Walker Gray. Dear brother of Bobby Gray, Rocky Gray and Leota Newton. Cherished son of the late Lola and Elsie (nee Mayse) Gray. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends. Jody proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He received Purple Heart and Bronze Star Medals for his heroism. Jody worked for 32 years at General Electric. Family and friends will be forever in his heart. Friends will be received from 10 AM – 12 Noon on Wednesday, April 7 at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, where services will begin at 12 Noon.
