Joan E. Wittwer of Loveland, OH, passed away August 7, 2024, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of 54 years to the late Emmett Wittwer. Cherished mother of Mark (Patty) Wittwer, Alison Wittwer, and Brett (Lori) Wittwer. Devoted grandmother of Kristin (Lanier) Gaines, Matthew (Laura) Wittwer, Patrick (Brooke) Wittwer, Kristopher (Lauren) Wittwer, Lindsey (Oscar) Hernandez, Rachel (Austin) Moore, Luke Wittwer, and Tyler Carraway. Loving great grandmother of Deacon, Easton, Indie, Romee, Lila, Shea, Baron, Johanna, Sawyer, Banks, and Poppy. Caring sister of the late Jim Webster, Richard Webster, Charles Webster, and Donald Webster.

Family and friends will be received from 10 AM until the hour of service at 11 AM Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Avenue, Loveland, OH, 45140.
