Joan P. Beloved wife of the late Richard Grimm. Loving mother of Dottie (the late Jeff) Marlowe, Vicki (Neil) Torry, Patty Grimm, Betsy (Steve) Schultz, Rich (Lorraine) Grimm, Tom (Carol) Grimm, Jim (Holly) Grimm, Peter (Mary) Grimm and Bob Grimm. Proud grandmother of twenty and great grandmother of six. Passed away November 28, 2014 at the age of 90. Joan taught at McAuley High School before becoming an English Professor at the University of Cincinnati. She was involved in theater and fine arts early in her career and was an avid reader and crossword puzzler. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 5 at 11:00 a.m. at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Dr., Loveland, where friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cincinnati Association for the Blind.
