Jimmy L. Mason, 73, of Owensville, Ohio, passed away on February 1, 2019. Born on November 18, 1945 in Liberty, Kentucky, son of Alfonso and Lucy (nee Miller) Mason. He was the husband of Peggy Mason; grandfather of Courtney Morgan (Drew) Watson and Garrett Lee; great-grandfather of Mason, Kallie Grace and Brody Keith; brother of Margaret Hayslip and Gene (Rhoda) Mason. Along with his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his son, Damon Mason; sisters, Effie and Evelyn; brothers, Kenneth, Bob, and Earl; brother-in-law, Jimmy Hayslip. The funeral service will be held at 12pm on February 5, 2019 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main Street, Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 10am until the time of service. Interment will take place at Clarksville Cemetery, Clarksville, Ohio.
