Jessie Bullock, 71, of Midland, Ohio, passed away on October 17, 2019. He is survived by his daughter, Melessia Ann Van Winkle; grandchildren, Felicia, Tyler, and Sabrina; great-grandchildren, Alexis and Zickarus. Jessie was preceded in death his wife, Effie (nee Evans) Bullock; parents, Aden and Elizabeth Bullock. Interment will take place at Westboro Cemetery on Friday, October 25, 2019.
