Jeffrey Jacob Freytag was born February 17, 1989 to Jeff and Rebecca (nee Napier) Freytag and passed away December 22, 2016 at the age of 27. He is survived by his children, Brooke, Noah and Weston Freytag; parents, Jeff and Rebecca Freytag; grandparents, Helen Freytag, and Norman and Sue Napier; sisters, Morgan (Charlie) Barney and Hannah Freytag; and a nephew, Riley Barney. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Carl Freytag. Services will be held on Wednesday December 28, 2016 at 12 noon at the Blanchester Church of Christ, 911 Cherry St. Blanchester, OH 45107, where friends will be received from 10 AM until time of service.
