Jeffrey Scott Horton, 40, of Midland, Ohio, died unexpectedly on Saturday, June 22, 2024.

Born December 12, 1983, at home, in Loveland, Ohio, son of Carol Geer and the late Glenn Horton.

Along with his mother, Jeff is survived by his children, Rylan Horton and Anjalina Jackson; sisters, Shawna Johnson, Karla Horton, Krystal Geer, Summer Geer, and Nickie Horton; brothers, Adam Horton and Christopher (Sara) Horton; best friends, Jesse and Kriste Ashcraft; numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and loved ones.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be directed to Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
