Jeffrey M. Hay, 60, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away on February 26, 2020. Born on January 27, 1960 in Wilmington, Ohio, son of Gary and Jalia (nee Elder) Hay. He is survived by his siblings, Gary (Pam) Hay, Mark (Linda) Hay, Sheila Hay, and Doug (Jennifer) Hay; children, Tasha Lynn Ballard and Joshua Matthew Mattos; three grandchildren; two nieces; one nephew; brother-in-law, Glyn Metz. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his father, Gary Hay. A funeral service will take place at 1pm on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will be received from 11am until the time of service. Interment will take place at Blanchester IOOF Cemetery, Blanchester, Ohio.
