Jeffrey Thomas Cosgrove, of Loveland, passed away May 25, 2023. Jeff was born November 22, 1971, in Lincoln Park, Michigan to Kathleen and the late Thomas Cosgrove. He grew up in Marinette, Wisconsin and attended Marinette High School. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a "walk on" for the Notre Dame hockey team. He went on to earn his MBA from the University of Minnesota. Jeff worked for Voith Paper Inc. as a Senior Technical Sales Specialist and also for International Paper and 16 Lots Brewery. His keen intellect drove all of his pursuits.

Jeff loved to be outdoors whether it was grilling on his Big Green Egg, taking great care of his lawn or watching and feeding birds. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing, snowboarding and cheering on the Green Bay Packers. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

Jeff is survived by his wife of 21 years, Sarah (nee DePalma) Cosgrove; two daughters, Hanna Madison Cosgrove and Heather Elise Cosgrove; his mother Kathleen Cosgrove; his sister Kristen Cosgrove; his niece and nephew, Mckenna and Connor; and his mother-in-law Mary Carolyn DePalma. In addition to his father, Thomas Cosgrove, Jeff was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Bruno DePalma. His canine companions, Peanut, Mika, Snoopy, Buffy, and Katie, were also very dear to him.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, June ​29 from 3-5 PM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave., Loveland, where a Celebration of Life Service will follow at​ 5 PM.
