Jean (nee Tolliver) Williams passed away July 31, 2026, at the age of 82. Beloved wife for more than 66 years to Richard L. Williams. Loving mother of Cheri (Robert) Crutcher, Todd (Tammy Light-Williams) Williams, Kimberly (Dan) Seuberling, and David (Johnna) Williams. Proud Granny of ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and four great- great grandchildren. Dear sister of Debi Sturgill and Harry Tolliver Jr. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and many dear friends. 

Preceded in death by her parents Harold and Wilma Kayse, and her brother Jim Tolliver. 

Jean was the kind of person who made the world a gentler place. She had the kindest, sweetest heart and loved unconditionally and endlessly. She truly never met a stranger. Whether you were a lifelong friend or someone she had just met, Jean had a remarkable way of making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and loved.

For more than 66 years, Jean shared a beautiful love story with the love of her life, her devoted husband, Dick. Together they built a life centered on the love of the Lord, love of family, and unwavering commitment. Their marriage was an inspiration to all who knew them.

Jean’s greatest joy was her family. Nothing made her happier than watching her children and grandchildren grow, achieve their dreams, and celebrate life’s milestones. Their successes filled her heart with pride, and she was their biggest cheerleader, always offering encouragement, unconditional love, and endless support.

She dedicated 10 years of service to Convenient Food Mart before spending nearly 23 years with GHA-TriHealth as a front desk customer service representative. Her warm smile, compassionate nature, and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on coworkers, patients, and everyone who walked through the door.

Jean had a special place in her heart for animals, especially dogs. Whether it was a beloved family pet or a dog she happened to meet on a walk, she never missed the opportunity to stop, share a kind word, and offer a little extra love.

Above all else, Jean will be remembered for her boundless kindness, generous heart, and the love she gave so freely. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, warmth, and unwavering devotion to those she loved.

Jean will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched. Anyone who had the privilege of knowing Jean loved her, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, August 6 from 5PM- 7PM in the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N. Riverside Ave, Loveland, where services will be held at 7PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
