Obituary
Beloved wife of Millard Perry, loving mother of Michael Provt and Christopher Girone, dear sister of James Robert "Rob" (Juile) Moore, Everett Allen "Bud" (Donetta) Moore, Jr., and Catherine (John) Gutierrez. Caring daughter of the late Everett and Dorothy (nee Carpenter) Moore. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Family requests that memorial donations be made to American Cancer Society, 11117 Kenwood Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45242 or to the Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 710784, Cincinnati, OH 45271
