Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Sherry Sutton and the late Randy Sutton, Gary & Jackie Lowe, Donald & Heidi Lowe. Loving Grandmother of Elizabeth (Ryan) Denham, Ashley (Ben) York, Cassie Lawless, Eric Lowe, Kenny (Dominique) Riehle, Rachel (Dave) Chesterman, and Chris Riehle. Great-Grandmother of 16 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren. Dear Sister of Lois Davis, Edra (John) Mitchell, Bobbie (Dick) McLaughlin, Kenneth (Patsy) Partin, Ronnie (Maxine) Partin, Larry (Diane) Partin, Randall (Debbie) Partin. Preceded in death by parents, Garret and Martha Partin and siblings; Earl Partin, Wayne Partin, Edward Partin, June Price, Mae Overton, Edith Britton, DeeDee Pugsley, and Maxine Potts. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Tuesday March 1, 2022 age 89. A service celebrating Jean's life will be held at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home 129 N Riverside Dr Loveland, Ohio 45140, Saturday March 26, 2022 at 2:00pm. Where friends will be received at the funeral home 12:00 noon to 2:00pm. Family and friends are asked to wear comfortable (Spring) bright colored clothing to this celebration.
