Lower, Sr., dear mother of Jerry (Lucille) Lower, Sr., Pat (David) Mc Calden, Raymond Bernie (Karen) Lower, Jr., caring sister of Irwin Jackson, Homer Jackson, Jr. Robert Jackson, Dean Jackson, Donna Gallimore, Joan Norton, and of the late Donald Jackson, and loving grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Dec. 22, 2006 at age 81. She was a member of the Blanchester Church of Christ. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
