Janie Louise Pyle, age 78, of Milford, passed away April 10, 2025. She was born on September 20, 1946, in Barberton, OH to Homer and Harriet (Wilford) Pyle. She is survived by her cherished daughter, Sarah Pyle, brother, Geoffrey (Linda) Pyle and sister, Susan (Kris Daugherty) Pyle. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Rebecca Pyle.

Janie was the Branch Manager for the Madeira Library, having earned her Master's in Library Science from Kent State University. She volunteered for the Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CABVI) and was a longtime and beloved member of St. George Orthodox Church. Janie was a dreamer and loved by many. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 13 at 4:00 PM at St. George Orthodox Church, 118 N. Lebanon Rd., Loveland, OH 45140. A livestream of the service will be available on the funeral home and the church websites.
