Obituary
Loving wife of Richard "Dick" Armstrong. Caring daughter of Sam Potts and Connie (nee Tope) Weise. Dear mother of Dwain Armstrong, Ken (Treasha) Armstrong, the late Allen Armstrong, Michael (Julie) Armstrong, and John Armstrong. Proud grandmother of Kyle, Kia, Zachary, Katelyn, Nathan, and Samuel. Beloved sister of Sam Potts Jr. and Charles "Butch" Potts. Janet was active with the local Bridge Club, Bible study group with the First United Methodist Church of Hillsboro, and a long time 4-H Advisor. Family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the American Cancer Society, 11117 Kenwood Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45242.
