Beloved wife and Best Friend for 34 years to James S. Watkins. Devoted mother of Timothy (Barbara) Penny, Jill (Mark) Eckman, and Randy Watkins. Loving grandmother of 4 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Danny Penny. Janet was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Florence (Dunham) Penny, and three brothers, Eugene, Rick, and Robert Penny Jr.
