Janet L. (nee Garrison) Welch of Wilmington, OH was born on November 12, 1938 in Martinsville, OH to Ronald and Dorothy (nee Stanforth) Garrison and passed away November 26, 2013 at the age of 75. Janet was a homemaker and enjoyed metal detecting, bowling and yard sales. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Francis "Frank" Welch; a nephew David Lee Garrison of Mt. Orab; close friends Tammy Taylor and Mashell Layman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Thomas, a brother David Eugene Garrison and grandparents, Earl and Verna Stanforth.
