IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jane Ann
Schildmeyer (Nee Lammert)
October 10, 1937 – December 28, 2025
Jane Ann Schildmeyer (Nee Lammert) of Cincinnati passed away peacefully on December 28th of 2025 at the age of 88 years.
Wife of the late Jerome Edward "Jay" Schildmeyer, and the daughter of the late Florence Pohlkamp and Edward Lammert. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Jerry & Karri (Cecil) Schildmeyer, Greg & Jill (Motley) Schildmeyer, Ann Marie (Schildmeyer) & Dennis Goldstein and Kris Schildmeyer. Devoted grandmother of Anna Schildmeyer, Olivia Schildmeyer, Ellena Schildmeyer, Megan (Schildmeyer) Spicer, Emily Schildmeyer, Katherine Schildmeyer, Luke Schildmeyer, Carleigh Goldstein, Jaden Goldstein, and Maxwell Goldstein. Dear Sister of Bob Lammert, Father Ed Lammert, Bill Lammert, Tom Lammert, and Jim Lammert.
Jane Ann was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She cherished her time with family, especially the annual week at the beach. She was gifted with strong athletic talent and an equally strong level of competitiveness. Growing up with 5 brothers, she played many sports through high school and continued athletics throughout her life. She married Jay Schildmeyer in 1961 and viewed her commitment as a wife and mother as the vocation God called her to live out. Her involvement with golf, hiking, biking, tennis and swimming led to many lasting friendships and experiences. She loved to play golf and made four holes in one! She enjoyed working with her hands and was a master seamstress, creating much loved gifts including doll clothes, Halloween costumes, tee shirt quilts, baptismal gowns, Christmas stockings and anything that could be crafted with love. Her strong appreciation of family and friend relationships were at the center of her being. She will be missed by many and was loved by all.
