Jan King left this world to enter into the arms of Jesus on Friday January 13, 2023, at the age of 72.

She fought the good fight, kept the faith and now she has made it to her eternal home in Heaven. Jan was born to the late Howard and Blanche. After Graduating from Aiken High School, she went on to further her education at the Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Elementary Education. During her years of teaching, she went back and got a Master's plus 30. Teaching children at Merwin Elementary for 30 years was her passion. She loved pouring into the children's lives with compassion and caring about them, so much that after retirement she went back and taught special education for 5 years. She subbed up until she got sick 2 years ago.

Beloved wife of 50 years to Marshall King. Loving mother of Ryan (Dana). Proud Nina of Maddie, Grant, Ava & Lucy. Dear sister of Jewell (Jay) Martin, Joyce (Lee) Klump, the late Bruce, Nancy (Tony) Whittaker and Terry. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Jan loved Jesus the most, but her family was a close second. She always took pride in the way she looked and carried herself. Everything matched from her shoes to her jewelry. She loved to shop and to spoil her grandkids. Everything she did was to perfection and done abundantly. She will be greatly missed.

The Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 17 from 6-8 PM at Princeton Pike Church of God (6101 Princeton Glendale Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011), where funeral services be held on Wednesday, January 18 at 10 AM. Her body will be laid to rest at Graceland Memorial Gardens, 5989 Deerfield Road, Milford.
