Beloved son of Betty Sue (Bill) Clark and the late James Everett Blair. Loving father of Sara Blair. Dear brother of Timothy Blair and Tammy Sue Fox. Dear nephew of Joe and David Blair, Delores Tolliver, Carolyn Minard and Bob Lunsford. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
