Beloved husband of Joyce Conner Walker, loving father of James (Carolyn) Walker Jr., William Walker and Bonita Walker caring Grandfather of Tiffany and Miranda Walker, dear brother of Nancy Browne, Gordon and Robert Walker. He was a member F&AM Blanchester Lodge 191 and Chapter 153, Buckeye Assoc. of School Administrators, Life member Ohio Education Assoc., Preble County Retired Teachers Assoc. and he retired from Superintendent of Preble County Schools in 1993
