James A., age 68, passed away in his sleep on January 31. A Vietnam Veteran, a Lieutenant with the Warren County Sheriff's Office, Police Academy Firearms Instructor and AGH Lab Director. He was a beloved husband and father and loved by friends everywhere. He is survived by his wife Carolyn Quinn, his daughters Jenifer Quinn-Wilson and Lacey Quinn Smith, two grandchildren Bradley Cone-Harrison, and Toshi Smith, his sister Martha Quinn Smith, numerous nieces and nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 3 at 4 PM at ST.
