Dearest nephew of Vickie Surber (Dave), Brenda McCown, Sheila McCown, Mike McCown, Duane Brinegar (Tammy), Billie Brinegar (Joel), Charles Brinegar (Yevette) and Gary Mays. Dear cousin of Becky Dabbelt, Molly Dabbelt (Andy), Patrick Dabbelt, Lisa Dabbelt, Justin Testerman, Jeffrey Testerman, Ryan Brinegar (Ashley), Lindsey Brinegar (Aaron), Tyler Taulbee, Shauntae Boothe, and Karlie Brinegar. Dear friend to many. Passed away April 26, 2016 at the age of 26. Jimmy was a 2012 Graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a 2015 Graduate of Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law. He worked for Trailside Shaved Ice since 2003 and recently started working for Atos. Jimmy gave the gift of life through organ donation.
