James "Jim" Pauckner, 59, Born August 6, 1956. Died December 24, 2015 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Jim owned and operated Jim's Auto & Tire in Blanchester since 1983. He was known to hundreds of customers and friends as an honest, fair, and hard working guy who would gladly help out someone in need. Jim was a professional drag racer for many years. He had great success and alot of fun drag racing, and will be remembered throughout the country as a great driver and friend to many. Jim is survived by Karen Pauckner, his wife of 25 years. Step daughters Veronica (Troy) Brown and Monica (Rob) Music. Step grandchildren Megan, Olivia, and Morgan Brown and Michael, Sydney, and Kalub Smith. Also survived by brother Andrew and sister Junie. He will be greatly missed by many close friends as well. Jim was preceeded in death by his parents Andrew Pauckner and Edith Watt Pauckner, two sisters Ellen and Rosie, and step granddaughter Ashley Brown. Private funeral services have been conducted.
