James C. "Jim" Gregory,83, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away on June 29, 2023.

Born June 10, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio, son of James G. and Lucille Gregory.

Jim was active in classic cars as an owner and event organizer, attending member of Hoodlum Alley Boys Car Club and Fastiques Rods and Customs Car Club. He organized several 'Back to the Fifties' Fourth of July car shows in Blanchester, Cruise In's, and fundraisers for local community development based around classic cars.

He is survived by his son, James H. Gregory; grandchildren, Tara Barr and Felicia Romans; great-grandchildren, Chloe Barr, Michael James Barr, Hunter Barr, and Zeke Romans; brothers, Thomas H Gregory and John A. Gregory; sisters, Janet M. Gregory and Susan Hamlin.

Along with his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara J. Gregory.

A memorial service will be held at 7pm on July 5, 2023, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St., Blanchester, Ohio, where friends will gather from 5pm until the time of service. All Street Rodders are invited to Jim's service.
