James “Jim” Gruver of Loveland, Ohio. Loving husband of 47 years to Debbie Gruver. Caring father of Christy (James Jr.) Raker, Angie (Jeremy) Beamer, and Becky (Brett) Ball. Devoted grandfather of Jeremy (Sandy) Beamer Jr., Austin (Stormie) Beamer, James Raker III, Brian Raker, Makayla Beamer, Zoey Ball, and Declan Ball. Dear great grandfather of Rachel Morgan, Zander Posey - Grisham, Jaunny Washington, and Saphira Washington. Beloved brother of Jackie ( Alex - deceased) Tessoff and Julie (John Browne) Werring. Proud uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Cherished brother in law of David (Debbie) Penny and Diana Luncan. Beloved nephew of Maurice (Rosanne) Sargent. Son of the late Bernard “Bob” and Naomi “Jean” Gruver. Jim passed away on March 16, 2026, at the age of 69. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
Friends and family will be received from 9am-12pm on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 129 N Riverside Ave, Loveland, Ohio, 45140. A service will follow at 12pm.
Donations in Jim’s memory may be directed towards Hospice of Cincinnati.
Interment Evergreen Cemetery.
