Beloved husband of Margaret Ballinger, loving father of James David (Gail) Ballinger, Donna Jean (Michael) Chilton step father of Michael R. (Charlotte) Jones, Jimmy (Shirley) Jones and Donald A. Jones, dear grandfather of 8 grandchildren 10 great grandchildren, caring brother of Elva Michaels, Armenta E. Schwartz and the late William H., Carlos F. and Sidney K. Ballinger. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Served in the US Navy during WWII
