James Daniel of Loveland, Ohio. Beloved husband of 69 years to the late Maxine L. Daniel. Loving father of James L. (Pamela) Daniel, Melinda (Joe) Walter, Kim Daniel, Jamie (Kris) Geraci, Jessica Shackelford, and the late Pam (Ted - living) Zavakos. Cherished grandfather of Amber, Angela, Asa, Shane, Kelly, Libby, Brad, Zachary, Alexandros, Maggi, Morgyn, Mackenzy, Maximus, Nicholas, and Isabella. Dear great grandfather of Joah, Juna, Julian, JJ, Wade, Kalliope, Theodore, Liberty, Lorna, Levi, and Pennie. Caring brother of Bobbie Jean Smith and the late Charles Daniel, Irvin Daniel, Gordon Daniel, Barbara Eversole, and Patty Deaton. Son of the late L. C. and Lacey Daniel. Passed away on September 20, 2026, at the age of 95. James will be greatly missed by his close friends and family.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, September 26, starting at 10 AM until 11 AM at St. Margaret of York Church, 9499 Columbia Rd., Loveland, Oh. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11 AM. Interment will take place following Mass at Graceland Memorial Gardens. Family and friends are welcome to join in celebrating James’s life, starting at 2 PM, at the VFW, 1596 OH-131, Milford, OH 45150.
