Rapier, James Carter of Loveland. Belved husband of Hazel Henze Rapier. Devoted father of Kimberly (Tom) Garwood. Dear son of Myrtel Nichols. Loving grandfather of Erica Minton, Ryan and Bradley Garwood. Brother of Nora Jean Snellings, Mary Alice Saylor, Larry Rapier, Ray Rapier, Bradley Rapier, and the late Bobby Lynn Rapier. Half brother of Grover Cupp. He served our country in the United States Army. Family request that memorial contrbitions be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati, PO Box 710784, Cincinnati, Ohio 45271.
