Beloved brother of Stan Welch, Sharon Milliner, and the late David Welch. Devoted grandson of Bea Cottingham. James is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. James was an avid bowler and participant at the Ohio Renaissance Festival. He attended the Midwest Grooming Academy in which he became a master groomer and was the owner of Bea's Canine Design on Montgomery Rd.
