Dear brother of Chrashel Howell, Christen Jackson, and Michael Howell. Loving grandson of Eileen Fries, Letha Howell and the late David Fries and William Howell. Great grandson of Marie Howell. Son in law of David and Diane Jelley. Jake is also survived by many cousins and nephews. Passed away suddenly March 8, 2012 at the age of 19.
