Jacquelyn "Jackie" Ann Ballinger was born on December 17, 1927 to Horace L. and Mary E. (nee Reeves) Sewell and passed away on Tuesday January 28, 2014 at the age of 86. Jacquelyn was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church of Blanchester, Blanchester Eastern Star Cary Chapter, Tuesday Club, Daytimers, Homemakers and Amicitia. She is survived by her husband Robert Ballinger; children, Greg (Patty) Ballinger of Blanchester, OH, Keith (Paula) Ballinger of Cincinnati, Mark (Rhonda) Ballinger of Blanchester and Kevin (Lisa) Ballinger of Blanchester; 12 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren; sister, June Short; brother, Neil Sewell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Jean Richardson. Friends will be received from 6-8 PM on Friday, January 31, 2014 with Eastern Star Services at 7:45 PM, at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 120 W. Main St. Blanchester, OH 45107 where services will be held on Saturday at 10 AM. Interment Blanchester I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
