Jack W. Beverly of Goshen, OH. Born on January 6, 1951 in Wise County, VA. Jack lost his battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) on Friday, September 11, 2015 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of 45 years to Deborah "Debbie" D. (nee Vanover) Beverly. Loving father of Ed (Nichole) Beverly, Jackie Lee Beverly, Adam (Tina) Beverly, Tammy (Shawn Miller) Beverly, Crystal F. Beverly and the late Carla Louise Beverly. Proud grandfather of 13 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Dear brother of Carol Vanover, Margaret Dozier, Sam Whitton, Sherman Whitton and Effie Whitton. Cherished son of the late Lonnie and Helen (nee Standifer) Beverly. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Jack worked for Alpha & Omega Building Services at the Goshen School District for numerous years. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 17, 4 PM at Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home, 1668 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, where friends will be received from 2 PM until the time of service. Rev. Bill Goins will be the minister for Jack's services.
