Arthur "Jack" Hornsby of Goshen, Ohio passed away June 20, 2013 at the age of 82. Jack was the loving father of Tawnya (Tom) Luther, Rob Hornsby and the late Jack "Ronnie" Hornsby. The proud grandfather of Fawn Hornsby and Ryan Hornsby. Brother of Betty Smith, Kathie Alley, Joyce Nelson, Luther Hornsby, Jessie Hornsby, and the late Shirley Adkins and Bobby Hornsby. The funeral service with Chaplain Steve Tufts officiating will take place Tuesday June 25, 2013 at 11AM at Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home, 1668 ST. RT. 28, Goshen, Ohio. Friends will be received Tuesday June 25, 2013 from 10AM until time of service. Interment will take place at Graceland Memorial Gardens, 5989 Deerfield Rd, Milford, OH 45150.
