Jack A. Gates, age 75, of Maineville. Beloved husband of 54 years to Peggy (nee Blessing) Gates. Loving father of Laura (Bob) Rockstroh and Mark (Liz) Gates. Cherished Papa of Emily, Erin and Robbie Rockstroh and Mia Gates. Dear brother of Judy (the late Paul) Voet, Jill (Keith) Crutcher, and Janet (deceased) (Ron) Mangus. Passed away June 3, 2020. Jack retired from Procter & Gamble and was a former Cincinnati Police Officer and Hamilton County Deputy Sheriff. One of his greatest joys was spending time with his family and being involved with his grandchildren and their many extra curricular activities. He also loved to travel, garden and read and was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, June 10 at 11:30 AM at St. Philip the Apostle Church, 944 US 22&3, Morrow, OH 45152.
