KIEFFER Jack D., of Deerfield Township, peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 24, 2005, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of nearly 51 years of Jean F. (Hutsell). Cherished father of Jak (Shelley) Kieffer, Nina (Gary Weiler) Kieffer, Sissi Kieffer, Kitty (Carl) Schweikert, Joe Kieffer (deceased 1987), widow: Jodie, Jud Kieffer. Loving grandmother of Aisa Claybon, Esq. and Michael Claybon, MD, Dan Kieffer, B. Zachary Kieffer, Nanje Schweikert. Brother of Sally Dallas and cousin of Particia O'Reilly, PhD and Joe O'Reilly. Greatly loved brother-in-law, uncle and grand uncle to many. Jack was born in Cincinnati on November 24, 1928 to Francis X. and Lena M. (Yost) Kieffer. Jack served honorably in the US Army from 1951-53 in the Korean Conflict. Jack graduated from Purcell High School in 1946. He attended both Xavier University and the University of Cincinnati. He retired from General Motors Norwood Plant after 34 years of service as an industrial engineer.
