J. Michael Humphrey passed peacefully from this world at 3:48 AM February 17, 2012. Mike was born July 17, 1930 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Mildred H. (Kerney) and Edward C. Humphrey. He is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years, Maryanna Wortham, children Elizabeth Humphrey (Kent Lucas), Michael Humphrey, Katherine Ernst, William Humphrey, Margaret (Gary) Hamm, step-children Jay (Lori) Wortham, John Wortham and Mary Beth (John) Rutherford and grandchildren Jennifer, Matthew, Kennedy, Asia and Grayson Humphrey, Brian (Katie) and Joel Ernst, Abigail, Emily and Isabel Hamm, Sarah Wortham, Jason (Erica) and Jamie Brashear, Megan and Blake Rutherford, sister Ann (Roger) Wetzel and brother Edward Humphrey. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law Donna Humphrey. Mike's life was enriched by his University of Evansville education in Engineering, service as a US Army MASH unit medic in the Korean War, retirement as a Senior Sales Engineer with Teledyne Precision, ownership of MichaelPhoto, New Thought Unity Center Trusteeship, love of travelling, extended family and lifelong friend Frank Fuchs.
