Loving sister of George (Kathleen) Stepp. Cherished daughter of the late Nelson Grady and Sarah Agnus (nee Jones) Stepp. Also survived by many dear friends. Vinnie was a member of the "Women's a Fire Ministry". Rev. Ronnie Hodge will be officiating the service for Vinnie.
