Irma Jean (nee Bailey) Belcher of Loveland, OH. Went home to be with the Lord on May 7, 2021 at the age of 89. Born on March 19, 1932 in St. Charles, VA. Beloved wife of the late Estil "Red" Gene Belcher. Loving mother of Rhonda (Tom) Doughman, Terry Belcher and Patricia (Larry) Gamble. Caring grandmother of Tara (Scott)Chandler, Sheree (Greg) Schnelle, TJ (Melissa)Doughman, Corey Doughman and Shylynn (Benny) Puckett. Proud great-grandmother of Mason Muccino, Ashley Schnelle, Sydney Chandler, Quincy Chandler, Scarlett Chandler, Easton Doughman and Gunnar Doughman. Dear sister of Sandra (Bob) Gantzer and the late Dorothy Minks, Harold Bailey and Bob Bailey. Cherished daughter of the late Charles William and Pearl Cordelia (nee Sharp) Bailey. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends. Jean enjoyed crocheting, quilting, sewing and collecting dolls. She loved so much to spend time with her family. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment, Graceland Memorial Gardens.
