Dear granddaughter of the late Katie C. Ballard. Devoted daughter-in-law of late James and Velma Davis. Dear sister-in-law and aunt of many. Passed away March 28, 2023 at the age of 94.

Graveside services will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, April 4 at Williamsburg Cemetery, 824 Gay Street, Williamsburg, OH 45176.
