Iona Weber ascended to heaven on June 21, 2022 surrounded by family. After surviving a major stroke in 2011, her strength and the love of her husband Ken kept her light shining bright. She and Ken would have celebrated 58 years together June 27. She will also be deeply missed by her sons Mike (Beth) and Bill (Heidi), daughter Laura (Tony) Walker, and grandchildren Suzanne and Brooklynn Weber, Jesse Walker, Lauren Fisch and Andrew Maston, Tony (Becky) Waters. She is also survived by her sister Francis Wilson and nephew Andy. Iona was a treasured resident of Madeira, where she cared for hundreds of children for 32 years. Many families have fond memories of "Mrs. Weber" from the special programs she directed for Madeira schools.
Visitation services will be held Thursday June 23, 2022 from 6-8 at Tufts Schildmeyer 129 N. Riverside Dr. Loveland. Funeral service Friday June 24, 2022 at 11 (Tufts) with graveside services following at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will gather after graveside services at Bill's home 6590 Branch Hill Guinea Pk, Loveland for anyone that would like to join us.
