Our beloved Ida Mary Krum Morey passed away Thursday April 16th, 2015 at 92 years of age. She joins her parents, Hazel Carson Krum and Harry Rose Krum, and sister Florence Hazel Krum in eternal peace, and is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Gifford Augustus Morey, sisters Virginia Mae Johnson and Ella Rose Bailey Whitmore, sons Jay, Paul and Peter, 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. "Mom, you were the tie that bound us all together. You loved us, you supported us, you gave us your unconditional love and never wavered." She and Giff shared everything, including the love of golf and travel. They created a large and close-knit family which she held together with love, kindness, and a smile that lit up any room. Grammy was small in stature, but she shared with us her big heart, our history, Thanksgiving traditions, and competitive card games. She was a determined and amazing woman and her legacy will live forever in the hearts of those she left behind.
