Howard of Loveland. Beloved husband of Colleen Hillard (nee Vearil). Loving father of Jim (Connie) Hillard, Don Hillard, Ginny (Bob) Holden and Jane Drehr. Dear grandpa of 8 grandchildren and great-grandpa of 8 great-grandchildren. Also survived by 5 brothers and 5 sisters. Also survived numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents William and Virginia Hillard and 2 brothers. Went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 9, 2006 at the age of 78. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be directed to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
