Grandfather of Sean Shumaker, Lance Shumaker, Jason Bobb, Andrew Bobb, Brandon Bobb and Heather Horsley. Great grandfather of Nolan Shumaker, Corbyn Shumaker, Aidan Shumaker, Cody Bobb, Christopher Shumaker, Mikaela Bobb, Casey Shumaker and Austin Horsley. He served our country during WW 2 in the United States Army Air Force on a B-17 in the 100th Bomb Group over Germany. He was the Past Commander of the American Legion Post #256.
