Homer Manning, Jr., 89, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away at his home on March 29, 2023.

He was the beloved father of Dave Manning, Robin Manning, Tony Manning, and Joe Manning; loving grandfather of Mira Cook, David Manning, Ashley Rogers, Tony Manning, Joe Manning, and Whitney Manning; proud great-grandfather of 10 and great-great-grandfather of one.

Homer was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia P. Manning; parents, Homer and Laura Manning.

A graveside service will be held at Westboro Cemetery.
