Beloved Husband of the late Vivian Putman Johnson, Helen Herbert Johnson, and Helen Hollinger Johnson, dear father of Thomas (Elsie) Johnson, caring brother of the late Virgil Johnson, proud grandfather of Steve (Stephanie) Johnson, Chris (Kylie) Johnson, Mark (Mary Kay) Johnson, and great great grandfather of Caitlin, Nicholas, Abbey, Zachary, and Sabrina Johnson. June 27, 2008 at age 87. Herschel served in the U.S. Army-Air Corp during World War II. He was a member of the Junior O U A M., and made hats for Newborns In Need.
